These fascinating and encrypted works are the result of a succession of steps that form an integral part of an engraving technique in size called linocut. The two artists thus freeze landscapes in the linoleum before transcribing them using natural inks.
Through their black and white drawings, the artists give us a light and poetic vision of the landscapes they cherish so much. These works leave room for our mind to imagine and extrapolate nature in its most refined form.
